Guys since i am new to this.. i have a ?.. For the star rebate that you all are talking about, i didn't own my home till 2008 so I am not elig till next year for this right?

Yes, lilbump, you can't get the rebate until you pay school taxes. Go to your city or town tax accessor's office to apply. You only have to apply once, then you'll get the rebate every year until the Assembly decides they need the money more than we do.

Frankcor, I did go down to city hall, and applied, It must have come into effect, because my mortgage/escrow payment went down per mnth. Thanks.
