Kyle Rittenhouse has been acquitted of all charges. While he should not have gone there with a gun, regardless of his motives, he was legally possessing and carrying the gun, the gun was not illegally modified as prosecutors insinuated, and the video evidence made it obvious that his life WAS in jeopardy, and the shooting were self defense.
Make no mistake about it. The three who were killed were far from free of guilt in the incident. It is sad for the families of those killed. It is also sad for Rittenhouse and HIS family, He may have been absolved of any criminal wrong doing, but he probably will have to move and will never be able to walk the streets without fearing for his personal safety. He is a marked man.
Now we wait. We wait for the potential dumpster burning, store looting, overturning of police cars, and violent confrontations. There are 500 national guard troops on duty in Kenosha but how long will they be staying and what will happen when they leave. Make no mistake about it. The danger of potential rioting and violent protests is certainly not limited to Kenosha. These people are not peaceful people exercising their constitutional right to protest. These are arsonists, robbers, and thugs, destroying personal and public property and hurting innocent people. They should be stopped by any means necessary, including, if necessary, physical or deadly force by law enforcement. If tear gas and pepper spray don't work it may be time for riot clubs, hand cuffs, and even bullets if that is what it takes for police to apprehend those committing the crimes.
We can't just sit by forever and watch the burning, looting, and rioting every time a legal and peaceful protest is hijacked by scum and turned from a protest to a crime wave. I will personally cheer the day that police and national guard wade into such a mess and start busting heads using what ever force is necessary to quell the disturbance and arrest the scumbags that use the protest as an excuse and distraction while they carry out their crimes and assaults on innocent victims and on human decency as a whole.

I to am very happy with the verdict. When I saw the kid break down in tears while on the bench testifying my heart said innocent.

ANY demonstration that gets out of hand should be met with whatever necessary to quell it. Pepper balls, tear gas, bean bags, riot clubs, whatever was necessary. I do however think that it was an isolated incident and not something that warrants putting a fence around our capitol building. they need an more detailed security plan, more capitol police, and better training. The fence in my estimation is just a democrat political ruse to keep the anti-trump anti-conservative fires burning. The hundreds of acres of Griffiss AFB were home to nuclear resources and weapons, as well as aircraft and weapons systems along with highly classified projects at Rome Lab. That entire base, including weapons loaded B-52s and a weapons storage area that housed nuclear warheads and weapons, was guarded adequately and effectively by a well trained and well prepared security force smaller than the capitol police department. It quickly became evident after the incident that the capitol building security was a joke. More like security guards at a museum than a police force. Poor planning. Just across the river in Arlington is Fort Meyer. Home to a full infantry regiment, and even closer is the pentagon, where trained security forces are constantly on duty and a rapid response force is readily available about 15 minutes away from the capitol. There is certainly enough military security personnel within the beltway to respond and defend the building and it's occupants.

Well the news media is attempting to stir up trouble with some of the stuff they are printing even trying to make a race issue out of this and of course tie this all into White Supremacy.

While he should not have gone there with a gun, regardless of his motives, he was legally possessing and carrying the gun, the gun was not illegally modified as prosecutors insinuated, and the video evidence made it obvious that his life WAS in jeopardy, and the shooting were self defense. He did not go to Kenosha with a gun. The undisputed testimony was that he was already in Kenosha at a friend's house when the rioting by the animals (no disrespect to the animal kingdom) began. His friend gave him the rifle after they agreed to help protect a family business. And the da's should be disbarred for pointing an allegedly unloaded rifle at a jury with a finger on the trigger. The state AG should also charge binger with criminal jury tampering, but that's another can of worms. I really appreciated his mother's comment shortly after the acquittal was announced: It's not about winning. Two people lost their lives and their families and friends are grieving. We all need time to heal. People keep saying he should have never gone out there. But those animals (no disrespect to the animal kingdom) should not have been out there either. And Governor evers should have accepted then President Trump's offer of national guardsmen to help maintain law and order. This is so much more than just one young man's well-intentioned actions thrusting him into the limelight. Now we wait. We wait for the potential dumpster burning, store looting, overturning of police cars, and violent confrontations. There are 500 national guard troops on duty in Kenosha but how long will they be staying and what will happen when they leave. Make no mistake about it. If tear gas and pepper spray don't work it may be time for riot clubs, hand cuffs, and even bullets if that is what it takes for police to apprehend those committing the crimes. Had these measures been taken last year, there is little doubt Rittenhouse would have been compelled to go out that fateful night, and those two thugs would still be alive today. The trial of self defense succeeded on 11-19-2021. This case reinforced our right to defend ourselves and our property when the government intentionally refuses to do its job of maintaining law and order.
