This afternoon when I left the store for the Bus I was having a hard time seeing in the distance. I though it was my eye's not focusing correctly. When I got home and got off the Bus it was worse especially when I looked up toward the County and State Building. I though there was a fire.
WKTV just mentioned is was a heat inversion and heavy smog developed throughout the afternoon. I'm glad it was not my eye's I did have them checked three months ago and need a new set of eyeglasses but I have to wait a little longer as I save up money to afford them.

Must have been like living in the LA basin of California. Funny you say that since that is what Bill Kardis the weatherman for WKTV said. Said this is very rare for this area.

Time to make my dandelion tea with one teaspoon Turmeric and a pinch of black pepper to activate it. That turmeric is remarkable. If you have any joints that ache that two cups of tea every day morning and evening.
You can do it my way or just use 1 cup water, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pumpkin spice and a pinch black pepper add all to a pot and simmer 10 minutes. Let cool enough to drink and you can add some almond milk or regular milk to it if ya want. If you don't have pumpkin spice add some cinnamon or just leave it out. Turmeric has an earthy taste that I like.

I see on WKTV's page that the smog is still hanging on. Look on the positive side. At least if the nasties are hanging low, they aren't soaring up there with the cow farts and destroying the ozone layer. While you are sucking up that pollution, you are doing your part to save the world.
