This is the kind of person who represents this district, referring to Pope Francis & Pelosi as Communists because they took a photo together. Who's next on her list? Mother Theresa?
That lunatic must have forgot that Trump met with Pope Francis back in 2017. So does did make Trump a commie? Of course not.
These are the kind of deranged people who are getting elected these days. Every Catholic in this district should remember that remark come reelection time for Miss Tenney.

She issued a half assed apology saying she loves the Pope only because she got some negative press for her deranged Tweet.

Dear Mr. Thank you for contacting me. I appreciate your views on this matter and welcome the opportunity to respond. My recent comments regarding Pope Francis characterized my strong disagreement with several of his political views. They were not intended, as the media portrayed, to disrespect him or his vitally important role as the head of the Catholic Church. While I may disagree with Pope Francis at times, I have tremendous respect for his position and recognize the immense compassion he has shown others throughout the course of his long life. At a time when Americans are more polarized than ever and our values and system of government are under attack from authoritarian political ideologies that oppress personal freedom, we must continue to trust in our unique Constitutional system of government that reveres freedom, especially freedom of religion and individual rights. We must continue to embrace our faith and freedom to worship as we choose now more than ever, as no other system has provided or protected this essential human right as vigorously as our self-governing Constitutional system. Though imperfect at times, I recognize the importance of leaders in key roles like the Pope, who must lead with grace and strive to make this world a better place by standing against oppression of the faithful. Thank you again for contacting me. To stay up to date on my work in Washington and across New York’s 22nd District, please sign up for my weekly e-newsletter here. I also encourage you to visit my website at tenney.house.gov/ to learn more about the services my office can provide you and to view details regarding votes and other information. Sincerely, Rep. Claudia Tenney Member of Congress She might just be one clear cause of such polarization. She disagrees and yet respects the Pope to revert to childish name calling. Communist at that. Maybe she needs to learn compassion. Blame it on the other guy===sounds like Trump.
