I was just reading about a calamari salad that someone made with giant squid packed in olive oil by Goya. They said the calamari was a "a little tough." Imagine that. haha. Many things are very good and stand up to canning quite well, but squid I would not imagine is one of them.
Do you order from those specialty food sources very often?
