And it creates alot of paerwork for us when do dumb crap like this. Usually when they get to the point that they start damaging police equipment, they have that "I don't give a shit" attitude and get themselves a tune up or "edumacation" about how to conduct themselves. Definitely not to be misconstrued as brutality or abuse of power.

i had a few parolees that i had to use thump therapy on its usually 100% effective.
