Truthfully, none of us ever leave this life owning anything but the love we've shown during our lives for others.
Thankfully, I have family that owns land in the Adirondack area. So I'll be planting my arse there in my growing older years.
Tax wise... yeah, owning property is expensive. Kind of like it, that part of the American dream, has a price that many increasingly can't afford. My Mrs. and I shall be fine though.
Wonder when the tax on sunlight is coming?
