We all know how on Jan. 6 there was an attempt to overthrow the election & install that guy as Dear Leader For Life. So why shouldn't there be a bipartisan commision to investigate how & why it happened? What's the problem? McCarthy got everything he asked for in his demands on forming the commision then he turned around & voted against it & urged his members to do the same. They should stop brown nosing The Guy & do what's best for this Country & find out who else besides him is responsible so it never happens again.

I too was wondering why this investigation may not happen and the mess around it. I think the investgation is necessary for the reason that this never happens again.

They're afraid of the truth & because the golfer guy ranted against it. McCarthy was for it until he realized he himself could be slapped with a supeona along with a few other GOP goons & he doesn't want to pizz off his Florida hero who will rattle his cage if he agrees to it. An insurrection happened led by we know who & the Republican party is looking the other way. Even Mike Pence's brother voted against the commission despite the fact that his own brother was almost lynched by that mob. If it wasen't for the Secret Service & the police, Pence would have been hanging by a rope. It's a disgrace.
