She has been a good old girl. Belonged to Kathy's mom for many years and we inherited it when she died and it has been perched atop the microwave cart for at least the last 25 yrs, serving faithfully and trouble free. Sadly she passed away yesterday during the evening news with a flash and then darkness. May she rest in peace. Can't complain about the quality of a tv that has lasted that long without needing any repair or service.
It is unbelievable how inexpensive the new flat screens have become. Best Buy has a 32 inch flat screen smart tv on sale for $129. I imagine that the old tv cost that much many years ago.

Lux aeterna luceat eis, Domine: Cum sanctis tuis in aeternum, quia pius es. Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine, et lux perpetua luceat eis.
Buy one of the 72 inches!

Does your cable company charge you for a box for each TV. We replaced our kitchen TV with one with built in Roku. Basic cable and what we can get on the internet. Eliminated the $7.95/month for the box. Payback was only a few months.

Yes this one is firestick and roku ready. No box. Ours was also Roku ready when we bought it. We signed up for HULU live & are saving about $80/month. No more cable boxes, channel guide charges & all that jazz that Spectrum rakes people over the coals for. We don't miss cable one bit.
