Yep, I've had enough of him. Cuomo's problem (one of them)is that he totally despises public employees, no matter how low or high on the food chain. Mr. Know It All has destroyed the morale of thousands of state workers with his antics & his bully tactics.

Gee he seems like such a nice person. His daughters do not like his sauce. ( He brought that up at one of his many early COVID press conferences). I wonder if that was his ex's recipe!

I think like many people with limited technical or scientific education, he uses "magical thinking." He sees so many things done which can't understand that he thinks anything can be done.
A few years ago NYS did a massive and expensive update on our disaster preparedness plan. It had a large section on planning for new pandemics. I only now about this because there was a flap a few years ago when a county requested a copy and complained when they received the old version not the new one.
I would guess we hadn't printed the new ones because we still had unused copies of the old ones and someone wanted to save on printing expenses. Month later I went back to find it it was gone. I didn't bother to follow up. I figured it was either because we were afraid "The Russians" would hack it and eff it up (Not realizing that we could do that without help) of because I sent a link on where it was to the newspaper which wrote the story about the flap.
