I am taking advantage of another warm day, squeezed between a cools spell and another sloppy winter front coming our way tonight.
I picked up some 1x12x8 rough cut yellow pine yesterday that was in a garage at and estate sale. I bought 3 of the boards for $10. I am going to run them through the planer, cut them in 4 foot lengths and stack them to season a bit more before using them. I love playing with my new planer. I recycled and planed the slats from a couple of pine pallets the other day. I have enough wood to last me quite some time now and am running out of room in the shop to store it on my lumber rack.
