I read where MVHS is totally out of the vaccine. My health care provider called me and told me this: on any day they will have a few doses left over and I can get a shot if I want it. The only caveat is that I have to be available on that day when they call me, and it could be any day. I told them it depends totally on the weather and or if I am available on that given day, to which they replied "not a problem". So, I am expecting a call...sometime...someday... who knows. Or if that doesn't work out, I will go in April...or whenever...wherever...I really don't have that much hope. I am due for my covid retest Monday, that's the first thing on my mind.

I was just reading about re-infection rates. The chances are very slim of getting it twice, but it IS possible and has occurred in a miniscule number of cases. Their recommendation was to continue to observe the precautions, wear a mask, wash hands often and use hand sanitizer and continue to socially distance. Our doctors have both told us that our chances of getting it again are 1 in several million. Heck, with my luck I would probably be that 1 so I continue to observe all the mandated suggestions. I will be praying that your retest comes back negative. The research article that I read stated that most who are re-infected remain asymptomatic or have a very mild case thank goodness.
