I was reading about a person that was killed while walking in the road on Skinner Rd in Westmoreland the other night. They said he didn't have any identification on his person. Did they identify him yet?

No. not yet. he was all dressed in black, walking in the middle of the road, no ID: a suicide.

I heard someone got hit but I didn't know it was a suicide. Tragic.

I don't know if it was a suicide. I was just supposing: no id, dressed all in black, walking alone in the middle of the road in the snow at night. Sounds like it to me. especially the no id part.
