We must have gotten at least 12 inches snow. What a mess.

Binghamton got 39 inches but Newark NY, out on Rt 31 got 44 inches. More snow than I would want to contend with. It is chilly here today but I don't have to shovel "chilly."

Not too bad here. Of course my son and grandsons did much of the heavy lifting.

We got about 2 feet last night and it's stopped now. At some point last night a Mystery person came by with a snow blower and cleaned all the walks in front of the complex. No one knows who it was and I didn't hear anyone. When the maintaince man came this morning to do the walks, it was light work. He said he has no idea who would snow blow our walks between midnight and 6 AM. Must have been the boogyman.

I am surprised that someone could snow blow all the sidewalks in the middle of the night without someone hearing them.

We got close to 11" here. Between snowblowing the driveway, shoveling the deck & clearing an area for the pooch to do her business in the backyard it took me a couple hours with one coffee break. The snowblower fired right up with 2 pulls of the cord & it was off to the races. Beautiful day today, sunny & bright with temps in the 20's, but it feels warmer with the sun shining & a light wind. Can't complain about today's weather, imho.

Uh oh! I was just watching the Weather Channel & the NWS using the Euro Model which is pretty accurate is predicting a good possibility of a major snowstorm in the northeast for Tues. & Wed. of next week. We're in the pink zone which means heavy snow. Looks like a white Xmas for us but we'll see.
