What a blatant assault on the safety of others. If I lived in Mount Healthy Ohio I would be livid. How dare them load sixty unmasked un-socially distanced kids on a bus and dump them in shopping center minutes before a curfew goes into effect for kids that age. When will the sheer stupidity stop? When government gets the balls to legislate laws enforcing the present "mandates." Obviously mandates are not doing the job. Make ignorant people pay a price for their stupidity. Heavy fines for the first offense and eventual jail time if they offend a second or third time. They might as well have dropped off sixty kids with loaded guns. The risk is comparable. Out of sixty kids, odds are that there has been exposure and SOMEONE on the bus has or is carrying Covid19. Give law enforcement the tools to effectively enforce mandated prevention methods and guidance.

This is as bad as the man and woman who were playing Santa and Mrs Claus. Both had COVID and they infected 50 kids. People are nuts

We have a friend that works at the door, checking membership cards at Sams Club and told me that a week or so ago two young guys came in, had their temps taken, grabbed a mask out of a box, took two steps inside the door, took off the mask, pretended to wipe their ass with it and flipped her off. Sam's Club doesn't enforce the mandate. There is a photo on Facebook this morning of a woman that did that same thing. How ignorant and rude.
PS: She ended up contracting Covid but is recovering thank goodness. I certainly would not want that job, exposing yourself to hundreds if not thousands of people a day, close up and personal.

Hospitals in California are postponing elective surgery because of the crush of COVID patients, which is hurting innocent people. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be a patient who couldn't have for example knee replacement surgery because a hospital is filled with COVID patients due to a bunch of idiots who refuse to follow guidelines. That will be the case all over this Country if people don't wise up. The health care costs alone to treat patients is going to bring states & local municipalities to their knees. |

Our hospitals here have also cancelled most elective surgeries. So far there have been enough ICU beds and ventilators.

That is a sad thought CB, but true. They not only will continue spreading the virus. They will also be gathering with other anti-maskers and nature will surely thin the herd. Me? I want the vaccine. With Modern's vaccine now approved for emergency use there is a light at the end of the tunnel although the tunnel is long and dark.

Tucker Carlson was on his show last night or the night before ranting about the vaccine & insinuating that it's not safe. That's just what this country needs right now. Another clown spreading a conspiracy theory with no basis in fact, spreading fear, lies & for some reason claiming the exact opposite of what scientists are saying. Hypocrite Carlson will, when it's available be first in line to get the shot, but he won't tell anyone as he spreads more of his lies. Carlson should be fired from Fox News yesterday before he gets more people killed with his deranged rants.

Yep he has millions of viewers, I get it. I don't know what his problem is but a little responsibility goes a long way. And some hard evidence to back up his claim about this vaccine. The very idea that Big Pharma would unleash on the public a vaccine that's dangerous opening themselves up to lawsuits that would bankrupt them is so preposterous it's ridiculous. It's going to be an uphill battle just getting these vaccinrs into people without conspiracy theories making matters worse. This crap continues we'll never be over this pandemic .Sorry for the rant. |
