Are they still allowing restaurants to have inside dining or has that been curtailed again. I think it would take more than a plastic bubble to entice me to eat dinner outside in upstate NY this time of year. Nope. Just take my order and I will do the curbside pick up thing.
I was outside of the bowling alley recently and there was a guy huffing away on a vaping device. He blew out that crap just as I passed by about 10 or 12 feet of him and the vapor definitely reached me. I have to think if that vapor carried that far, so would virus laden droplets from a cough or simply exhaling. I would think that eating outside, downwind of others exposes a person more than eating inside while properly distanced from other tables.

The thought of dining inside a clear plastic dome in the dead of winter as the snow flies does nothing for me. I'll pass but if it helps their business stay afloat, good for them.

I was thinking when I saw a photo of Babe's bubbles that they must fog up like a window unless they have defrosters. You can't tell me that they are going to be all that warm inside. Heck it was in the 50's here today and I was chilly wearing a chamois shirt that I used to wear under my hunting jacket.
I had to stand outside in line to get into the DMV to apply for the pistol permit. I have to go tomorrow morning to a place down the road to have my fingerprints taken and then it will be about 3 weeks before I have the permit in hand.

I think it was the Today Show I was watching but some company had developed warming blankets and electric warming scarfs just for people who want to eat outside in the freezing cold at their fav. resturant. I'll stay warm inside.

Did anyone ever try eating chicken wings with mittens on? How about through the mouth hole in a full face ski mask? No thanks. I think I will stick with "Kathy's Diner" where I can eat my breakfast in my under shorts if I want to.
