CUOMO IMPLEMENTS MANDATORY RESTAURANT CLOSING TIME, LIMITS INDOOR GATHERINGS TO 10 PEOPLE ALBANY, N.Y. (UPDATED) – Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced new state restrictions Wednesday amid a rise in coronavirus cases across New York. Starting at 10 p.m., Friday, Nov. 13, any bar, restaurant or other establishment with a state liquor license, as well as all gyms, must close at 10 p.m. daily. Cuomo said restaurants can still do takeout and curbside pickup after 10 p.m. NYS is taking action to stop the spread in response to rising COVID numbers. Any establishment with a state liquor license, including bars and restaurants, must close at 10pm. Gyms must also close at 10pm.
