But Kanye West knows he didn’t win. The rapper admitted defeat after getting just 60,000 votes in 12 states. “WELP,” West wrote on Twitter in a since-deleted tweet. According to preliminary tallies by The Associated Press, West got more than a thousand votes in each state where he appeared on the ballot.
