Yup bumper to bumper traffic to the outside order window. Not sure how many like Starbucks, I am not one, but New Hartford's store is open in Consumer Square.

I never liked Starbuck's coffee. It was always muddy tasting to me and the prices were outrageous even back in 2000 when I was still driving over the road. One of our dispatchers used to have be pick him up two pounds every week from a Starbucks on the thruway. I was over $8 even back then and a cup of coffee to go was over $3. Who the hell knows what they get for those "girlie man" flavored brews now. They opened Starbucks concessions in a lot of Food City's larger and newer stores. A friend that drinks those Latte's and fancy crap says that the ones you can get a McDonald's are just as good or better, and a hell of a lot cheaper. I just want a simple cup of black coffee. Hot, black and bitter, and Folger's is the best.

I never got on the Starbucks bandwagon or lattes either. Just give me a good cup of Folger's or McCafe & I'm good. We also buy Chock Full Of Nuts when Chanatry's has it on sale. I like Aldi's brand but the other half hates it.

I'm not going to drive somewhere to get a cup of coffee if I can walk to kitchen and have a freshly made cup from the pour over in less than 3 minutes. If I put it in my stainless steel mug, I can still have a sip of hot coffee an hour from now.
I'm retired and have nothing on my Google calendar. That's what I had yesterday and I'm not finished yet.

I use the Keurig. Normally I don't drink coffee during the day. I have a cup when I get up, and another with my breakfast. Once in a while I will have a cup later in the day but that is what I like about the Keurig. Pop a pod in it and let it brew. The convenience is worth the high cost of the pods compared to ground coffee.
