Father Salerno conducted Kathy's mom's funeral at Our Lady Of Lourdes. He is the chaplain of both UPD and UFD. He has served the community at several churches in Utica and Rome over the years. I have attended several funerals and weddings over the years that he conducted. He is a beloved and respected member of the local Catholic community that he serves and certainly deserves special thanks and congratulations for the loving service he has provided to his flock over the 40 yrs he has served.
