Go figure. I have three federal checks direct deposited to my checking account, had filed my taxes already, and the sent me the check in the mail. 
Not only did they send the check in the mail, our incompetent mail delivery lady put it in my neighbor's box. The neighbor and I both have large reflective numbers on our mail boxes, and the dumbass has been delivering our mail for 6 or 8 yrs now. Sadly it is not the first time. I quite often get mail for someone that lives down the road and I put it back in the box with "not at this address" and an arrow pointing to the correct address circled with a sharpie, underlined, and annotated "deliver to THIS address."
