Kushner is claiming that the federal stockpile of ventilators belongs to the feds & not the states. Maybe someone should inform Nepotism Barbie's husband that it's the taxpayers in the 50 states who paid for them.

LOL there has never been a sufficient amount in storage. Let's hope they work. Rationing already has begun. Elderly who need one to survive are asked to let someone much much younger and healthier to use the ventilator. That elderly person will receive their reward in heaven.

If Cuomo or the states had the control over the stockpile, how many ventilators do you think Cuomo would share with any other state in need? The answer is most likely NONE. That is why it is necessary for the Federal government to be in control of the inventory and to insure that things are distributed evenly and fairly.
This shit is getting ridiculous. Now Nancy Pelosi is forming committees to investigate Trump's response to the pandemic. WHERE WAS SHE WHEN THIS WAS ALL COMING TO THE FOREFRONT? On February 24th she was on tv in California urging people to come to San Francisco and to visit Chinatown.
Give it a break. Now is not the time to be playing the impeachment game again. Now is a time when we ALL need to pull together and set politics aside. These ass wipes need to give it up. It is an election year. Maybe they should focus on finding an electable candidate that could win the White House and focus on issues that are of genuine importance to the American people. The American people will be absolutely livid if the Dems go around again, spending OUR money on their misguided bullshit. Another Schiff/Nadler sideshow would probably be the last nail in the democrat's coffin come November.

Trump is hijacking needed PPE & ventilators away from states who need it the most & is sending it to states that he needs for his reelection such as Florida. The Governer of Mass. had to contact Rober Kraft the owner of the Patriots & beg him to open a back channel in China for supplies because he couldnt get the feds to send any. Kraft succeeded & sent a private jet in secret to China to pick up the supplies. This was all done in secret without Trump's knowledge because the Governer & Kraft didn't trust Trump with the knowledge of what they were doing. Imagine that. Imagine a Gov. & a private businessman having to resort to back channel purchasing of needed medical supplies from a communist country to get needed medical supplies to save lives because they don't trust the POTUS & couldn't get his cooperation. Something is wrong with the picture.

I think that the governor and Kraft most likely decided to circumvent the system and buy what they needed rather than to take what would be allocated to them if they worked through a government agency, depending on the actual numbers needed. I doubt that they needed to RESORT to anything. Maybe the government should have confiscated it when it hit the ground and have allocated it to NY, Florida, California, Louisiana and anywhere it is needed NOW.
