Wow. The driver must have been semi-anesthetized by the drugs to be able to steal a car and run after making that hole in the windshield with his head. Sad for all involved. Very fortunate that he didn't hit, injure, or kill anyone. I can only assume that at some point he will be caught. He is almost certain to have to seek care for his wounds.
I feel sorry for the innocent people whose vehicles were destroyed by this mess while they were simply visiting a convenience store and gas station.
