We certainly dodged a bullet last night. Tornados ripped up Nashville an Cookeville to our west but all we got was a relatively mild thunderstorm around 4-5 am this morning. I am praying for those affected and for a friend that owns and operates a food truck here locally. He is heading to Nashville later today to donate his time and food to feed the rescue and cleanup folks.
Rainy day here today. I am going out to vote shortly. It is primary day here.

Your area is being shown on TV right now during WKTV noon news. Tremendous damage. Anything not made of bricks is blown asunder. What a mess. Said snow plows are coming in to clean up debris and open the streets. The gods must be angry.
