Good heavens. I could never tolerate living back in the north country. I am constantly chilly just sitting around the house. I used to go out even in winter with a quilt lined flannel shirt. Now I am chilled all the time. I sit around the house with a long sleeved insulated underwear shirt, or a flannel shirt on. If it is even below 50 degrees outside I wear a winter jacket.
It must be a result of one of my medications. Possibly my blood pressure medications. If I lived up there in NY I would probably be dressed like and Eskimo all the time, and would most likely den up and hibernate until spring, like and old bear.

I have to wear two gloves on both hand because my fingers get so cold it feels like they are freezing especially waiting outside for a Bus.

My feet are always cold this time of year. I have to wear heavy winter socks even indoors. Having hardwood floors doesn't help, they conduct the cool air from our basement even though I have a vent open on one of the heat runs. Hoping for an early spring.....
