...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS

EVENING TO NOON EST THURSDAY...



* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations

of 3 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.



* WHERE...Northern Oneida, Otsego, Chenango, Cortland, Tompkins,

Schuyler, Onondaga, Madison, Southern Oneida, Yates, Seneca

and Southern Cayuga counties.



* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Thursday.



* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous

conditions could impact the morning commute.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Slow down and use caution while traveling.

You guys will get your winter weather and we will be back to the rain tonight and tomorrow. It was a welcome break to be able to have a nice day to take care of my appointments and errands today. Tomorrow I will hide out in the workshop or sit inside and watch it rain.

I will be out later in the day and again on Friday taking photo's of businesses that do not shovel their sidewalks and sending them to Codes, City Hall and area Council Reps and DPW. So far I have been lucky with their fast work on solving some issues but I have one that is taking longer which might have to have more pressure applied. AND I WILL........................
