Sounds like a great plan that will make NY a better place for those that live and work there, but the best thing for NY's future in my opinion would be for Cuomo to pack his ass up and move to California.

They are playing an advertisement on our tv here in Tennessee in an attempt to lure business back to NY State after Cuomo's policies and actions contributed to the exodus from NY to states with more friendly business climates.

And then there is a $6 Billion deficit in Medicaid. I say forget about the bridges and put that money into Medicaid. If we can eliminate the need to go over something to get to the other side then we can eliminate bridges. Shop and play in your own neighborhood. Save the planet.
