Sounds like a good deal. I have one of those about 2 years old. So far the kids haven't broken it. I saved $30. + sales tax by not ordering it yesterday.

Did your new tablet come? How do you like it? Yep, came in on the 22nd. The only issue I've had is I haven't been able to figure out how to transfer my bookmarks from the old tablet to this one. But I can live with it. Most of them were just taking up space anyway. I like the double speakers on these tablets. Its not hi tech by any means but they're not bad for a tablet.

Some will work for a long time with a cracked screen. Others seem to go quickly. It's a crap shoot. I have had good luck with Samsung and Kindle tablets. Those who afford I-pads seem happy with them. In my experience the no-name tablets are not worth the money. All my devices are IOS. I started with player, to ipod touch to ipad mini and most recent ipad 6th generation.. ( would love to have an iphone) My ipod touch I bought Otterbox case for them. Works great but pricey.

A few days ago i noticed a small hairline crack in the screen of my Amazon Fire tablet about 1/4 inch long & maybe 2 inches down from the upper corner. I don't know how it happened because I don't recall dropping it. Well, today i did when removing the charger cord the tablet flipped over on to of course, the front. Now the crack is about 3 inches long & extends from the side of the tablet to the top of it. The tablet works fine, I'm using it now. Just wondering if I'm going to have to replace it. Maybe the crack will stop because of It's location? These tablets cost more to repair then to replace. Did you call Amazon. Maybe they can replace it for you. Its too new maybe it came that way and you didnt know, id give it a shot. You never know

Sorry but I can't find him on Facebook. All I see are a pipefitter and a biker. I found it right away... underneath it says 2 mutual friends. I tapped on it and nice pic of a red bike and info matches info Dick said so Im guessing thats it.

I m not familiar with your device. On my ipad if I have to reset or buying a new one it will save the apps I backed up. Somethings you will need to redo like passwords. Its a pain but Amazon should be able to walk you thru what you need to do.
