If you could find the main ingredient you would certainly be the only one in the neighborhood serving THIS snack, haha. Now THERE is a recipe that won't be found in just any old cookbook. I ate them just once back in my teens. There was a farmer on Cosby Manor Rd that raised feeder calves for a while. They would bring him a tractor trailer load of bull calves and he would castrate them and raise them for a while before they would come back and get them and move them on to a different place to continue to grow. I worked for a neighboring farmer and one summer day I witnessed the process in person and watched while they castrated enough bull calves to fill a couple of milk pails to overflowing with testicles soaking in salt water. That farmer's wife took some of them to the house, sliced them, and fried them up for everyone to sample. Nothing special. Tasted like breaded pieces of very tough beef. You needed some pretty sharp incisors just to tear off a bite. I don't think you will find any at Chanatry's or Price Chopper though.

Bet they would be great in a cream sauce.

Having to choke down one of those would make me lose all interest in the SuperBowl. Actually that would be too hard anyway because I'm not a sports fan.

Hahahah Kit. I am with you my friend. I could care less about watching the Super Bowl game. I like major league baseball but never have taken a liking to professional football. I watch college football occasionally when the Tennessee Vols are playing.
You wouldn't have to cook very many though. They have the tough consistency of overcooked calamari. Like rubber. It might take until half time to chew one enough to choke it down, haha.
