I made the sauce while Kathy was having her hair done and put it in the refrigerator for tomorrow. We are going bowling tonight so I thought with the well-known flatulence factor I would postpone making the Brussels sprouts until tomorrow. I certainly don't want to be socially offensive while bowling. I love Kung Pao chicken and I love Brussels sprouts so I am anxious to try this recipe. I have used a bottled Kung Pao sauce to make a dish with cut-up chunks of boneless pork that I fry up, toss with the sauce, put in the oven for 10 or 15 minutes to set the glaze. I imagine it will make a great sauce for fried chicken wings or shrimp.
