Oh great. there has been a new waterline being installed for the 6 miles from Blountville to Bristol along Rt 126. Our water line branches off that line. They have had everything tore all to hell, with flagmen, mud, and iron plates across the road in a different place every day all summer long. I just heard on the news that starting at 7am tomorrow we will have no water for the major portion of the day. I guess I better jump in the rain locker tonight, wash the stink off, and scrape my face while I there is still hot water to do it.
Good thing we had the dog groomed today. The groomer is closing for the day because she is right in the middle of the mess. Kathy was supposed to get her hair done tomorrow but the salon is closed because it is on that waterline too.
I sure hope there isn't any fires because the hydrants will be dry.
