There are always several opinions and studies regarding such dietary issues. Myself? I prefer to cut the carbs and enjoy the red meat and green veggies. When I die, it may be from heart disease, possibly caused by eating too much fat and red meat.
Rest assured, I won't be buried with a belly full of soy mean meal and fake hamburgers. LOL
