I just shake my head when I read about some moron that points a BB gun or toy pistol at a police officer that is armed with a large caliber handgun with a fully loaded magazine. Unless they are intentionally attempting suicide by cop, they must be seriously deluded. Daisy hasn't yet made the BB gun that can penetrate body armor. Duh! I guess this dumbass thought the trooper would drop his weapon, put his hands up, and let him leave.
