I have no idea what the recipe is that she uses for the dough, but we had homemade mashed potato and cheddar cheese perogi for supper, sautéed in butter with thinly sliced Vidalia onions. She also made some with sauerkraut and cabbage and froze them for another meal at another time. THOSE are MY favorites. Yum.
