I think I will order a couple of blocks of Limburger. Wisconsin Limburger is good. I used to buy it when I lived in Minnesota. There was a cheese store in Superior Wisconsin, across the river from Duluth. I don't remember the brand name but this Limburger will be fine considering the fact that I can't find ANY Limburger in the stores here. thanks for the link PB.
