I will definitely be trying this recipe soon. I may make a couple of substitutions. I think I would like the beef cooked with a small amount of taco seasoning rather than just cumin, and I would substitute diced red onion for the scallions The dressing sound yummy to me. I am a big fan of anything that has a bit of a kick to it, and this dressing recipe sounds like it could be tailored to and adapted for other salads or even a sauce for a dressed burger. The pepper flakes could be eliminated and the chili sauce could be adjusted to suit those who are not big fans of hot and spicy. We cook on the grill several times a week in summer and since getting an air fryer oven we cook some of the foods inside the house that are also cooked outside on a grill. A dash of liquid smoke or a good bbq rub can make an indoor cooked meal as good as a meal done on a grill outside. steaks, brats, burgers, and hot dogs come out nicely browned and evenly crisped and seared on the outside while juicy in the middle using the air fryer.

Sounds good and I would never to thought to put bacon or hamburger in pasta salad. Interesting.
