I had a chicken dish many years ago with a peanut better dipping sauce. Very good. Forgot where I got it from!

That chicken dish was most likely a Thai recipe. I don't know of any other ethnic group that uses as much peanut sauce and peanuts in their recipes. Jimmy Carter doesn't even eat as many peanut products as a Thai native. www.allrecipes.com/recipe/50658/thai-peanut-chicken/

Back in my college days, I was cooking dinner for myself one night. I had a hamburger frying but decided I was too hungry to wait so I made two slices of toast and covered them with peanut butter. By that time the burger was done so I put it between the toast slices and ate the combo. I liked it enough that I made it several more times that year.
Haven't had one since I got married. I don't think Barb would approve.

Kathy thinks that peanut butter and bacon is a poor used of good bacon. lol
