Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Pudding - Fat & Sugar FREE! Fat free, sugar free, but full of festive fall flavor! Minutes to Prepare: 5 Number of Servings: 4 Ingredients 1 Box (1 oz) Jello Sugar Free - Fat Free Instant Pudding, Cheesecake 1.5 Cups Skim Milk 1 Can (15 oz) Solid Pack Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste Ingredients 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg Directions Mix the Cheesecake flavored pudding with the milk. Stir in the whole can of pumpkin and spice to flavor. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each. That sounds delicious PB. We had home made pumpkin pie last night with a dab of Cool Whip. I could eat the pumpkin custard right out of the bowl before it ever gets to the pie shell if not for the fact that the eggs would be raw. We will have to try this recipe.
