Anyone else use Chrome and have the same problem. The video's do not play. Audio is ok but the screen is either black or white and black. This happens to me if I am viewing AOL web page or MSN or in some cases youtube. I checked Chrome help but no help even withe others who have same problem. I even uninstalled Chrome them installed it again. Mystery. I think this happened after the last update because prior to that the problem did not exist!

I use Chrome with Windows 10 and also have a problem since 'the big update' from Microsoft.
When I'm watching Netflix and click to 'full-screen' the picture frequently goes black, and after clicking around a while (and missing some of the video that's playing) the picture eventually comes back temporarily and then goes black again. If I reduce the picture to the smaller size, it doesn't do that. Very frustrating. Any work-arounds that anyone knows of?

I had the same problem and simply went to Microsoft Edge for my browser. Video plays fine using Adobe Flash Player. The only problem I have now is that it won't open PDF documents. I still have Firefox loaded so I just go to Firefox when I need to view a PDF page. I imagine if I investigate, there is a fix that will allow me to open PDF documents.

I tried it with this computer yesterday. I normally have the sound turned off because I have ads that auto-play when I'm trying to read something. I clicked on ad ad to make it full screen and the sound turned on automatically. This was while using Chrome.
