Looks good.
Along with my salad at lunch I had a small portion of left over pork rib. I told you I eat a lot of fat.

Alan/Clarence- Those ribs look yummy! Baby backs are my favorites. Take off the membrane, season with Bone Suckin' Sauce Rib Seasoning, cook in the Pit Barrel Cooker for 3 1/2 hrs., slap on Kinder's Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce, back in the cooker for approx. 20 min. Alan, are you cooking on a smoker, grill, or, in the oven? What kind of sauce do you prefer?

With the onset of our rainy season, my bbq forays have started to slack off. It's a mixed blessing, ie: I miss the steady parade of bbq, however, the weight gain will slow considerably (until Thanksgiving anyway). Most of my cooks revolve around ribs (baby backs) and chicken, with an occasional brisket or pork butt (for pulled pork sandwiches). I have yet to try "buffalo" or hot wings, but, maybe next spring. Meat is expensive, as we all know, which sometimes results in longer stretches between cooks, however, to me, it's worth the wait. As with any other hobby, there is a learning curve. The good thing is that you get to eat your mistakes. I hope that you all enjoy the beautiful fall scenery in upstate, and also, the holidays to follow.
