Huh. They didn't tell anyone this was happening? Wow. Interesting. They do need to be prepared...I almost never go to the mall where I am because there have been murders and assaults there. I don't feel safe at that mall and I certainly don't go there alone when I do go.

There's a mall around here? Its incidents like the ones that they are training for that show why we need to take care of ourselves. I wonder what their response time was from their station to the Incident itself?

Seems a bit dangerous. Someone carrying or not carrying, who didn't know it was a drill, badge carrying or not, could have seen someone who to them looked like he had a sawed off shotgun in his raincoat.

I don't think any malls are all that busy on Tuesday afternoons during the school year. Besides, malls all over have been dying lately. People are more interested in the open air type of malls now. Although, if Destiny ever gets built, I'll go there...that looks like more than a mall, it look like a destination! Like the Mall of America.

How could a mall be a destination?

No matter what they do with it, it'll still be a bunch of stores, right?

Sorry about that, my computer hiccupped Kim, Having been dragged to the Mall of America numerous times, may I say for guys everywhere, " IT'S A MALL" not a destinatioin.. It doesn't matter how many shoe stores there are, they all sell shoes. I think I'm still bitter that this replaced the stadium where I saw Fran Tarkington & Roger Staubach in a frozen playoff and an All-Star baseball game with more than a dozen Hall of Famers.
