???Hey ya'll, I may not be the one to run this thing with my limited computer knowledge. I had a hell of a time getting it even running and up on line. I wanted to call it "Utica chatterbox" but I screwed that up some way or another. Haha
WE can give it a try, or if Jduges or someone with more knowledge wants to try, give'r heck, and I will take this mess down, haha.

Hi Kim. This is nice, but I wish I knew more about it. I didn't even get it right when I set it up. Haha. The name of it was supposed to be "utica chatterbox" and that didn't happen. Hopefully someone will come up with a better one.
I think either (1) the od is trying to do away with the forums, or (2) everyone will leave them and move on, and we won't have the od forums anyway. I just hope to keeps something going.
I tried to get on one of the forums listed on your blog, but was turned down, haha. I guess it must have been my dazzling personality and my ability to play well with others! I guess they didn't want my, narrow minded, opinionated old miserable butt on their daily reading list. Oh well.
Hey, I hope that all is well in NC. It is colder than hell here today, but sunny. We had snow this morning, but it didn't stick to the ground. Hugs for the critter and hubby. Later, my friend.

What forum couldn't you get into? All my links are working. What did you try to do, maybe I can help out.
Cold here, too and we might have SLEET Thursday morning! I hope they're wrong and we have a foot of snow instead. :-) Either way, I suspect there will be no school on Thursday. Hehe.

I got the emails. I replied a while ago. I get focused on the forums and can't get away, haha.
I tried to sign up and participate in one of the other blogs about Utica, and was turned down, or "not approved" by the administrator to join the blog. Not a biggy, It was probably someone I offended on the forum, and they didn't choose to have me rant on their own forum. It is understandable with my sometimes less than desireable posts. I don't remember the exact page. I will research and see if I can relocate it. I have tried to adjust my attitude recently, but I still am too outspoken and opinionated on occasion. I can see where that is offensive. I don't always play well with those that dissagree with me, haha.

Yello all (both). I had been considering getting one going as well, and even colluding with others to that effect. I tend to be more a man of ideas than actions though...
If I get anything off the ground, I'll be sure to pass along an invite of some sort.

Wow, another new friend on here. That is great. I hope this will at least suffice until someone starts something better, or we see it take off and Ralph helps me to make it more user friendly and better. This is really cool

Wow, I am also enjoying the other forum that I got onto yesterday. It is really fun.
Well, onward and upward to bigger and better things. I have to get moving and do something worthwhile at least part of the day, haha.

You are welcome frankcor. I am sure that this can either grow and improve with someone elses computer abilities, or someone will open another page, that we can all (the forum "family") go to, and we can shut this one down. If Ralph can in fact, help improve it from afar, I say go for it ralph. I am so computer handicapped that I most likely would have trouble even following your technical advice to add features to this thing, haha.
Anyhow, welcome aboard, however inadequate it may be, haha.

Like all good things it will take time. We need to entice swimmy or hccc or someone else who has the time and desire to start meaningful threads. unlike the ones I start that basically try to enlist the help of others to overthrow the OD board.
