I imagine that if the people are allowed to transfer with the jobs, it will not have quite such a negative impact on the overall employment picture, but it doesn't help Watertown/Ft Drum. Fort Campbell Ky, and Fort Bragg are both huge bases, and those areas can undoubtedly use the extra jobs. Clarksville Tn, which is adjacent to Fort Campbell, is a great area to live in. Those that DO get a chance to move will enjoy the winters there much more than at Fort Drum, LOL.

thats the Third large Business in Upstate Ive heard of announcing closing in the last 2 weeks. Seems like Andys commercials saying NY is on its way back might be a little premature.
