FYI, Convict Hevesi is out of the infirmary and tucked in and doing fine at Mid-State Correctional Facility. At age 71 he was sentenced to one to four years in prison for his role in the pay-to-play scam with the $125 billion state pension system. It seems kind of ironic that the same pension system he tried to scam belonged to the same people that are now gladly bringing him his breakfast, lunch and diner.

Now that is a wonderful bed time story. I love it when a plan comes together. I am sure you guys are all treating him with kid gloves and affording him all the special privileges that go with being the guy that tried to screw your pensions, ROFLMAO! ;D

Although he is not happy about being housed with Dennis Kozlowski who was a former CEO of Tyco International, convicted in 2005 of crimes related to his receipt of $81 million in purportedly unauthorized bonuses. The word is that Convict Hevesi gave a lecture with Andrew Cuomo, who was then the New York State Attorney General, in regards to financial scams and referenced Kozlowski. Unknowingly Kozlowski daughter was in the audience. Oops! Karma is a real bitch sometimes!

That is hilarious. Can ya put them in the same cell so we can find out who "comes out on top?" (that term takes on a whole new meaning when the cell door slams shut and the lights go out!LOL)

I bet they don't have it too bad. The big house for the Rich and Felonious isn't the same experience as it is for the Poor. I bet they don't get "The Loaf"!

Boy is that ever the truth JR. When I lived in Duluth Mn there was a federal prison located on what was once an Air Force Base. The housing units were the dormitory type living quarters. There were white collar criminals there that lived in apartments that were designed for military families,
Some of those incarcerated there were convicted embezzlers, and each morning, some of those same crooks were taken into downtown Duluth by van or car, to perform work release jobs at accounting firms, insurance companies and banks. It was always rather unnerving to me to think that an embezzler might be accessing my account information, while sponsored by our federal government's penal system. After learning that the "2nd person" in the room, "assisting" the loan officer when I applied for a boat loan was a convicted felon on work release, I moved my accounts to a local credit union, who assured me that they used no work release inmates.

I guess they have it as good as prison is. Although these two are in a special housing unit that is protected from general population. They are defiantly pampered with the more money they have when coming in where as they have real lawyer's (not the average public defender) that truly are a pain in the State's ass and almost always get their way.
