No wonder dirty d won't let me post comments anymore. All one has to do is switch the name of this ex-Rome officer to carol fairbrother and the amount to over $100,000 and then ask why Scott mcnamara has elected NOT to prosecute her.
She did the same thing, retired as far as the state was concerned and began collecting her pension. She was still employed at the same job (never formally retired until November 2010) and collected her full salary from the same job she was unemployed from.
