Wondering that myself. This far down the river, the new hue is brown. Doesn't match my t-shirt.

I like the new color. Background looks more like parchment. This color is much more warming. Makes me want to go to camp, light a fire and roast some marshmellows. Then sit back and relax with a nice melon martini, shaken of course never stirred.

Told you I was going to try some changes.
I managed to center the AccuWeather Widget and stuck a countdown up, which I will change as we go along.
Thought that a color change would keep everyone on their toes. Seemed to go better with the season.
And I needed to see if y'all were awake! ;D

Heck no!!!! So what code did you use to finally get it centered (weather)

Actually, I don't know why it worked this time. My problem before was not that it wouldn't center, but that when it was centered it would not show any of the weather data.
This time I went back and copied a new code for the same widget (different season) and tried centering it, works fine.
But I could not put the countdown in the main header below it or the data would disappear again!! So the countdown is in the global header instead.
I don't know all that much about coding so I didn't ever did into it, but it evidently doesn't tolerate other codes or variables very well.

I warned everyone that I would be playing around with it Bobbbiez!!
It's not set in stone and I can change it back whenever we want. Just thought it would break up the monotony of the "same ole same ole" a bit.
I like to change the schemes on my other board to match the seasons as we go along throughout the year, though I will agree that some folks don't like to do that.
If everyone wants to go back I can do it in a few minutes without any problem. Just wanted to try something different.

I was about to tell Bobbbiez to quit complaining ... just out of habit ... when I realized that in fact the brown-on-brown parts of the pages are indeed hard on the eyes. Ralph, maybe you could have a version for old folks like Bz.
Not me! I can see perfectly well, thank you, as I told my little granddaughter the other day. She just barked back at me and that explained why she kept panting and bringing me the ball.

hahahahaha. No, it is hard to see the links. I have to vote with Bobbbiez, turn it back to blue. Or change the color scheme to a different Spring/Summer theme, like ocean blue with sandy beaches?
lol. I'll get used to it. Just sorta happened by surprise one day.

Sure Dave, "for old folks like BZ." Sure, just put the blame on me all by my little lonesome. I won't mention any names and we won't remind people who my crib-neighbor was back in 1943 in the nursery at the old St. Luke's. ;D
