The tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao The name that can be named is not the eternal Name.
The unnamable is the eternally real. Naming is the origin of all particular things.
Free from desire, you realize the mystery. Caught in desire, you see only the manifestations.
Yet mystery and manifestations arise from the same source. This source is called darkness.
Darkness within darkness. The gateway to all understanding.
Lao Tzu

We have both Ahura Mazda and Ahriman here today. Of course, that applies only if one adheres to the Zurvanism heresy.
Today featured a beautiful sunrise, the boundry between dark & light. I hope each finds his way to understanding, no matter what the path.

We also awoke to a cold but sunny and bright morning. It will be in the 70's today, but I hope that those attending the sunrise services here, were bundled up for the chilly weather at dawn.
For those of us that believe in the story of the resurrection, today's bright and sunny weather could not be any better, in bringing to mind, renewal and happiness. There is not a cloud in the sky, and all the birds are singing.
I wish you all a very happy Easter, and hope that the coming year is one of renewal and newfound hope for everyone.

I think I understand the basis for what Concerned is trying to relate, hence his reference to both Ahura Mazda and Ahriman, two divinities....one good and one evil. Without the death of Christ there would be no resurrection, hence no good would have come without the evil deed.......without the sacrifice of one there would be no reconciliation for the rest. Without one there can be no other; you cannot name one thing good without being able to name something else as evil, no light without there being darkness. No Yin without Yang. This is the way of the Tao.
