Where would we be without the banner ads?
Do I have this right? All I have to do is put this purple patch on my belly and in fifteen days I'll lose 30 pounds?
Gee, science is wonderful.

Hey, I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and I didn't need a patch! All I needed was for my son to end up in the hospital with a life threatening infection!
Ummm. I wouldn't recommend losing weight in that manner. It wasn't fun. ;-)

Yup, being a parent car certainly be stressful. It does get a little better as they get older. Say, in their forties! One of the TV stations has a blurb they run at night, "It's 11 pm. Do you know where your children are?" I turn to Mrs. Dave and say, "No, and I really don't care at this point!" I know they're safe. How is your son, anyway? Has any hearing returned?

He's better, thanks...we're still doing infusions every 6 hours, but they end at the end of this week. He still can't understand words, but he's having a second cochlear implant surgery on April 21st. Please send good thought that it works out just fine! We needs to hear again!

You can count on all the good thoughts and prayers that come daily from over the mountain in Tennessee Kim. Give my buddy "Critter" a hug for me, and you can grab for yourself and Ken too!
