My subscription to Norton Anti Virus was about to expire so rather then renew with them I cancelled after coming accross this outfit with a promo from Kim Kommando's website -$20 for a year of coverage. I signed up, downloaded the program & had nothing but issues. Twice I attempted to do a scan which took hours & didn't finish. Called tech support who told me to remove it then reinstall it. That was a waste of time. Called tech support & the idiot told me to remove a bunch of files frm my C drive! I told them to shove it & demanded a refund & of course they refused. So I'm out the 20 & ended up signing up with Norton again. This TotalAV is a total ripoff, buyer beware.
