I thought I had a Bluetooth on my laptop but I do not. Can I somehow download a driver or whatever so I can have Bluetooth. I bought some earphones and they are Bluetooth compatible . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most laptops manufactured in recent years have the capability to transmit on Bluetooth frequencies. If not a plug-in adaptor may be required. Professional help may be needed. Does the manufacturer of your laptop have any kind of on-line support?

Does a smart phone have the capability to connect to Alexa via Bluetooth? My Iphone and my Ipad tablet both can connect to the system in my truck and interact with the display on my dash. I wonder if I can connect to something similar to Alexa but with Siri and the Apple version. I have voice command for several functions in through Siri already. I can make cell phone calls, tune the radio, receive texts on the dash screen or get "text to voice" messages and send "voice to text" replies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I bought a bluetooth plug in for my PC to communicate with an old tracphone I had that did not have blue tooth. Works great. Can't tell you who made it because all it says on the plug in is Bluetooth on the body and Fc made in China. I think I bought it on Amazon. Looks like a FLashdrive when I remove the cap so just plug it into the USB port. Did you look in your settings. the little carot (spell ck) on my Taskbar on my PC has a inverted V and when I click on that it has a bluetooth icon.

PB, I had a similar problem and bought this adapter on Amazon. Just plug it in and leave it then follow the pairing instructions for your earbuds.

The adapter arrived this evening and I hooked it up and all works fine. My head is alive with the sound of musiak.
